How long does it take to be verified?
Our team at Viper Verified works tirelessly to bring you the best service possible. We are proud to verify most vendors within 3-5 business days. Sometimes, however, that period may be extended due to follow-up requests for information. Please make sure to fill out all forms to the best of your ability and provide all requested documents in order to expedite your authentication process.
What fees do I have to pay?
Viper Verified requires a nominal annual fee to remain listed as a preferred vendor for our community associations, as well as an initial processing fee. For more information, please contact us.
Some features in the vendor portal are unavailable, how can I get help?
Please direct all support issues to support@viperverified.com and we will be happy to help you. Please note that the Viper Verified API is still in its Beta stage of development and is quickly rolling out bugfixes and updates to further enhance your experience.
